Coming upon this Aries Eclipse has proved to be challenging thus far, but it’s the perfect time to gather our petitions!
Aries the Initiator
Aries is the great initiator of the season, and it is in opposition to Libra of the scales of Justice and balance. The grace comes from Libra’s ruling planet, Venus, making its way to Aries during this time.
However, it is still a great deal of change.
Initiators ask us what are we stepping into. They also ask what we must turn away from in order to evolve in our journey individually and collectively.
If it feels heavy, if it is tense, and you need many moments to catch your breath: I see you.
Pay Attention
The Sun, the center of the universe, will flicker out. A flavor to consider is that as it is dotted out of the sky by the moon, Chiron will be in the Heart of the Sun conjunct the North Node. Now throw in Mercury retrograde happening at the same time. It is so much!
To help you think through some of the flavors that could appear, pay attention to:
- Where is Aries in your natal chart?
- What house is it in?
- What is the traditional ruler of that house and where will it be that day?
If it feels like the hits to your heart, to the spark of who you are, just keep coming: there is a purpose. Pay attention. As the Sun flickers out, your intuition pulls from the depths to guide you.
Our Petitions
In our community, I created a space for our petitions called The Fire & The Well. It allows us to send out in the Fire what we wish to draw down and into our lives and to throw into the Well that which we must release and let go of. It’s a space where we can communicate with each other too. I didn’t realize exactly how perfect this space is to allow our Eclipse petitions to be sent until today! On April 8th, I’ll be lighting the cauldron to send them out for us all and I invite you to join us in community. Especially if you’re recognizing support, community, and growth are exactly where your North Node is guiding you!
